We want you to be completely satisfied with your Christoph Niemann Shop purchase; if your artwork or home goods aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to guarantee their protection during transit.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original protective tubes or boxes to prevent any damage to the prints or delicate surfaces.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
